Here we reveal our secret recipe so you can recreate your favourite pasta from our restaurant at home.

Egg dough recipe (serves 6 to 8):
640g durum wheat semolina
120g wheat flour type 00
9 egg yolks
5 whole eggs
1 pinch of salt

You see: The recipe is very simple. Once you have weighed out all the ingredients, you can mix everything by hand or in the mixer. The dough can be used for any type and shape of pasta.
