You can reach us via the Bolzano Nord motorway exit. Continue towards Bolzano and, at the roundabout, take the Rencio/Santa Maddalena exit. Follow the state road for another two kilometres until you see our hotel on the left.

Bolzano train station is only two kilometres away from our hotel. Bus number 8 will bring you almost to the doorstep of your holiday home in five minutes. Even more comfortable? There is a taxi rank at the station. Alternatively, we’ll be happy to come pick you up for a small extra charge.

Berlin, Ibiza, Brac, Zurich –where will you take off from Bolzano? Upon request and for a small extra charge, we’ll be happy to come pick you up from the city’s small but efficient airport. Alternatively, hail a taxi to reach your green oasis in Bolzano quickly and easily.

Our hotel and restaurant are open all year round.

Your room is available from 3 p.m. On the day of the departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. We will be happy to offer you late check-out for an extra fee of €55.00. All our rooms are non-smoking.

Please contact us by phone if you plan to arrive after 11 p.m. Reception is staffed until midnight.

Your car is in good hands with us. You can park it for free in our outdoor car park, or at a fee of €10.00 in our garage. For vans or trailers with a total length of more than 5 metres, we charge €16.00 per day.

Dogs are allowed with us on request and at an extra charge of €25.00 per night.
Please note that your four-legged friends are not permitted in the pool area and gym, but are free to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, we’ll have to charge you the first night of your stay. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
